Non-Customized Items: If a non-customized item has been purchased from bumblebeebabies.com, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. If returned, a full refund will be made, minus the cost of shipping. Costs for returning an item is paid by the customer, unless bumblebeebabies.com is at fault. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. This includes not being washed, worn, stained or tags removed.
Customized Items: We are unable to accept the return or exchange of Customized Items, unless bumblebeebabies.com is at fault for a product not being made to the specifics agreed upon.
Damaged Goods/Lost Items: Bumblebeebabies.com is not liable for items that are lost in the mail or damaged. If there is a problem with a package that is delivered damaged or is lost in the mail, please contact us. | |
